Social networking sites and video sharing apps around the world have become a favorite pastime of the new generation and celebrity enthusiasts, where social media is having a positive impact on society while also having a negative impact on society.

 The Tik Tak app has become a means of gaining popularity for the youth, people seem to prefer social media instead of normal social media.  There are some young people who have millions of followers.  Young people are in the race to become popular by making weird videos.

While making a tick-tock video in Shahdad Kot, a shot was fired from a pistol, killing the young Saddam Hussein.  In Shahdadkot, Saddam Hussein, an 18-year-old man with a pistol in his hand, was filming a tick-tock in his house when he was shot and seriously injured. He was being transported to the relevant hospital and died on the way.  Upon receiving the information, the police handed over the body to the heirs after postmortem and registered a case against the deceased youth under the Suicide Act.

The friend along with his partner allegedly gang-raped the girl.

The victim told the police that 20 days ago I befriended a boy named Shiraz. Shiraz called me to Samanabad to meet him.  When I arrived, he was forced into a car with two of his friends.  Shiraz, along with his friend, abused the car at gunpoint.

 The victim girl applied for registration of case at Millat Park police station.  According to the police, a case is being registered at the request of the girl while the police further said that action will be taken as per law after getting medical treatment.

It is alleged that some of the videos made on Tik Tak are also accused of not taking care of social ethics and spreading obscenity and nudity.

The PTA has received numerous complaints from various sections of society regarding pornographic and immoral content on social media applications, especially Tik Tak and Bigo, and its extremely negative impact on the younger generation.

In order to keep the younger generation engaged in such activities to some extent and to prevent dangerous consequences, procedures are being worked out by temporarily shutting down these apps.

 A strategy is being developed to include special subjects in educational institutions up to matriculation to explain how to use social media apps positively.  On the other hand, youngsters eager to play PubG video games are not only fighting their case on social media

The popular video game 'Pub G' was temporarily banned last month on the basis of three suicides, and now the authority has gone a step further by shutting down the 'BigoLive' app and 'Tik Tak' app with 'social and religious values'.  Has been warned of the danger of harm.

According to the online game and video apps user record collection website 'ProPakistani', the total number of TikTak users in Pakistan was 1.95 million by 2019, which has now increased while the number of TikTak app downloads has increased.  Pakistan is the fourth largest country in the world.

 During the same period, the number of PubG players was 13 million, while the number of Bigo Live users is also in the millions.

 Many children and young people who use TikTuk have had accidents trying to surprise their followers by making unique videos on dangerous places such as riverside, while last month three  The youth had committed suicide.
